Important Update
We're Going Free
March 2026
We're making a big change at Credit Renew — and it's good news for your wallet.
From paid service to free DIY tool
Credit Renew started with a managed-service model. We now focus on the self-serve product because many customers wanted more visibility into the process itself, not just outsourced execution. The current workflow is built to help you review the report, draft clearer letters, and track bureau responses directly.
Effective immediately, Credit Renew offers a free core workflow for report review, dispute drafting, and tracking. Some optional connected-provider features may involve separate third-party pricing, but Credit Renew no longer requires a subscription for the main product.
Your billing has stopped
If you were on a paid plan, your subscription has been canceled and you will not be billed again. No action is required on your part. If you see any unexpected charges, please contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
Access your old portal records
Your previous account and records from our legacy portal will remain accessible for the next 3 months (through June 2026). After that, the legacy portal will be decommissioned.
We recommend logging in and saving any records you'd like to keep before then.
What's next
Your new Credit Renew dashboard is ready to go with the current self-serve workflow for report review, dispute drafting, and response tracking.
