1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Credit Renew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Credit Renew.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Credit Renew is an AI-powered financial readiness and DIY credit repair tool. We help you analyze your credit report, identify potential inaccuracies, draft dispute letters, and build a plan to strengthen your financial foundation — all while exercising your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Important CROA Disclaimer: Credit Renew is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j. We do not promise or guarantee any specific improvement to your credit score or credit report. We provide self-service tools that empower you to exercise your existing legal rights. No one can lawfully remove accurate, timely negative information from your credit report. Results depend on the accuracy of the information being disputed and the credit bureaus' investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use the Service only with your own credit report — not on behalf of others without authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Credit Renew to:

• Submit disputes containing false or misleading information to credit bureaus.
• Access, view, or dispute credit reports of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, displays, images, and the design and arrangement thereof, is owned by Credit Renew and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal data and credit report information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Dispute letters generated by the Service are yours to use freely for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Credit Renew is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Any changes (positive or negative) to your credit score resulting from use of the Service.
• Outcomes of disputes with credit bureaus or creditors.
• Inaccuracies or delays in credit report data provided by third-party services.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by factors beyond our control.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the state of Delaware. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delaware.
